I'm pretty sure some of you have seen this, since I'm a very cheap horror fan to scare, I found myself covering my eyes like a puss throughout this trailer, brought to you by the guy who directed Saw and Insidious.
What do you guys think?

Had me until "Based On A True Story."
And by this point, even movie characters shouldn't be dumb enough to go into a dark cellar alone.

Unfortunately for her the ghost saw her thinking twice about going in there by herself and knocked her over, I just really likeed the silent atmosphere, this is what creeps me out most about this trailer, I'm hoping there's some great soundtracks that can make it even more creepier, just not overdo it.

Yeah the "Based on a True Story" tag made me roll my eyes. I'm tired of that tag being attached to these movies.
Relevancy brought it up, but at least the character did the smart thing and thought to get the fuck out of there instead of dumb characters who will still explore the creepy room so we can see some lame scare.

Or give more realism to the movie, don't know what prompts movie studios to do this.

The best horror movies are those that show as little as possible. Blair witch for example was creative in that it left you creeped the F out. Others like movies where you see everything like The Ring which did nothing for me. The conjuring looks decent...not sure what to expect
