He looks like he's all the way back from his catastrophic knee injury. He's looked REAL good lately. He doesn't shoot the 3 ball, but then again, neither did Jacques Vaughn, and he was our primary backup for a couple of season. Easily the best backup on the FA market.

This guy still can create a shot. He'd be a cheap combo guard whose skills would mesh nicely with the Spurs offense.

If the Spurs want to get a real backup PG, this is the one. However, De Colo looks to be coming along in his development and Joseph is too...so I don't expect him in silver in black.

I don't know if the Spurs will be able to count on Ginobili running the second unit next year as he has in the past. He has slipped noticeably, and has even mentioned the possibility of retiring because of the endless nagging injuries. At this point, I don't think Joseph or De Colo are up to running the second unit either. Livingston is someone that might help. He's the classic back up PG-- low turnovers, pretty good defender, and at 6'7", capable of playing some minutes at SG.
