Why did you make such a big deal about that website that I saw on SA LIVING and they have very cool and original t-shirts all the words from the shirts belong to the public. And they don't sell that large amount of printed material, I bought two T-shirts and they are very high quality, I AM NOT PIMPING FOR ANYBODY Or do you have the sole right of expression?

No, it's not about being in charge.

They aren't licensed to sell merchandise with the NBA logos on them. So we can't have illegal things like that here.

You can ban the link I don't care but I still have the right to say that we should also give support for new forums for the spurs, that site is not all about merchandise.

Maybe if you have posted here for a little while then I could see coming in and pimping another forum. I don't have any problem with other forums like spurscentral and spursreport. But that site is mainly about the merchandise, and now they just added a forum.

It's not the "got manu" or "got horry" shirts that are the issue. There is usage of the primary and secondary Spurs logos, which are licensed material. It doesn't matter how much or how little is sold. I'm not the copyright police, I will simply stating that the owner of the site was taking a risk by publicly selling licensed material. I've also seen the site listed in search engines, which makes it even more likely that they'll be warned, at best.

As for pimping, Kori works very hard to keep this forum going and doesn't want to be connected to anything remotely illegal that could shut this site down. It has nothing to do with not promoting someone else's site.

The Spurs and the NBA won't really care about the forum. They'll care that someone is using their logos and making money off of them.

Believe me I will they respond to the Contact US very quick and I am sure they do not want to be in trouble for a couple of items.

It has poor html skills n stuff...
