Like most people, he probably doesn't think about shoes that much. They're a means to an end.

I wear the same shoes for two-three years before buying a new pair. Manu probably has to replace his a little more frequently given he's a pro athlete, but I suspect he probably doesn't care too much about what is on his feet as long as it protects his frail glass ankles and body and allows him to remain on the court.
