jazz has been on the receiving end of the brunts of poor officiating for well over a month imho, but they probably deserve it. i'd never want any playoff spot given to such a team that can't win shit w/o depriving the opposing team of oxygen tbh

I couldn't even look like a 60-year-man. + that didn't work in regulation. I had to put it on Boxscore in OT & peek thru my fuckin' fingers like a scared 6-year-old.

if OKC were a Spursfan...
"well you see, we had a FT advantage because of the unmitigated genius of Tony Parker. His ratatouille move in the post creates easy FTs based on faking out the defense and drawing in the attacker. Most of our fouls are committed before we can even get to the rim, so our aggressiveness and genius creates these opportunities and FT disparity."

Thunderefs were 33-10 in FGA tonight, including a phantom call on a KD flop jumper, under a minute with the game within a possession. But I guess everyone is so used to that when Spurs are +12 in FTA it deserves its own thread.

Spurs game BSPN Top Performer: TD? Statline - 19 points, 16 rebs, 5 helpers. Looks great to the uneducated fan (there are millions so this false advertisement works).

Looking deeper: 4-13 FGAs (v. DP:lolY candidate Al Baby Rodman Jeffers:loln), 11-13 freebies.

Same ole song: the most protected superstar in NBA hist:lolry. 11 of his 19 points came from feasting on putrid defenders. If he misses, phantom f:lolul. :flag:

:lol Butthurt because he's been better than Kobe this year. Speaking of which, Duncan's scoring statline is very Kobe-esque with the poor shooting percentage and large number of FT attempts.

Yeah. No one's scared of the Phoenix Suns 2.0.

Spurs' goal is to the get the number 1 seed in the West, so they can have home court advantage in a potential matchup with OKC. They can't worry about what mediocre playoff fringe teams like the Lakers are doing.

Fuck you.

Do you even think before making claims about "the most [insert stupid nonsense here] in history?" No, of course you don't. You just say it because it makes your idea sound more decisive. Oh, it's decisive alright. Decisively fucking stupid.

When Duncan goes 4-13, he usually adds something like 16 boards and 5 assists to go along with it. Kobe can't say the same.

mid dropping truth bombs per par. spurs can't care less about how the marginal playoffs are performing. they had the reason to tank for the #2 seed when the lakers were seemingly bouncing back strong, but they're now aware the lakers will be nothing but first round fodder w/o a healthy kobe, even if they manage to make the playoffs. with OKC castrated by the departure of harden, and monkeyball being hampered by the lack of IQ, spurs are the best team in the west now which's safe to say, and they're determined to come out of the west to face miami in the finals, only to get curbstomped there though. when they smashed cleveland 4-0 in the 07' finals they should've known that what goes around, comes around tbh

The hate for the Spurs < the love for the Lakers to make the 8th seed. I will start to rank league priorities at the end of the season.
