Not that I'm complaining about the Silver 'n Shit helping out the Lakeshow tonight with their win over the Jazz, but what I don't understand is Pop's arrogance in believing the 1 seed, which in all likelihood will match the Spurs up with the Lakers in the 1st round, is more beneficial than tanking to avoid the hottest team in the NBA after the cHeat.
I haven't checked the score of tonight's Laker game since half-time, at which point the Lakers were up 16, so I assume they're crushing a very good Wizards team by at least 30 right now. So if this game is any kind of indication of what the Lakers can become now that they're fully healthy, the Spurs will be living '11 all over again.
We're healthy. Gelling. Peaking. They have mounted their horses and are now poised for apocalyptic destruction.
Nash=Famine
Pau=War
Dwight=Death
Kobe=Conquest
And if the Spurs don't get busy figuring out how to avoid the Lakers in the 1st round, they will become the first victim in the Great Tribulation the Lakers will visit upon the league.
