Just like Dallas, would have been a playoff team if they were healthy to start the season.

You can say the same about Philly, and maybe even Toronto though, tbh..

The East has been ravaged by injuries..

Wall gets too much hate imo. The Wizards since his arrival have employed a bunch of fatasses and gangsters that Wall has to help involve them in the offense.

At least they've gone in the right direction. Shipped Nick Young and JaVale McGee to teams with a better team environment, paid Andray Blatche money to stop stinking it up (and begin playing well after his Russian boss told him to put up), and got guys like Nene, Okafor, and Ariza. Not the best way to rebuild but there you go.

pelicans tell you a similar story imho. they've been playing fairly well since their cornerstone returned to activity and their records since his return have been pretty good for a rebuilding team, even though they've tanked quite a numbers of those games which they could've won. if the pelicans play a full season with a 100% healthy squad, i've every reason to believe they're gonna at least pose a legit challenge for a playoff seat tbh
