Nuggets aint no joke. They got to the WCF not because of Carmelo, but because they play great basketball because George Karl is a great coach because he used to be a Spur.

Come June they'll be shinin' shoes just like 28 others.

Says the guy who rolls out barrels for regular season games when his team is below .500.

I'd argue trading Iverson for Chauncey gave them what they always needed but never got: home court in round 1.

No one person other than Lebron James can make that much of a difference.

It's more of an addition by subtraction thing, pretty ironically since Iverson had the best year of his career efficiency wise in 2008.

this team is overrated and the 2nd round will be their ceiling imho. they're probably better than the warriors and rockets but they ain't yet close to the level of OKC or clippers, not to say the spurs. they just don't have the basic elements to give themselves any chance to get through the likes of spurs and OKC. carl is a decent coach and he's already done his best with this team, but he's far from being a great coach (like pop) who can make a title contender with average talents tbh, and his lack of composure will cost them some games in the post season and eventually kill their playoff run. nuggets need to turn the game into a race & field match in order to win, but good teams won't buy their tricks imho

Their roster overhaul has been good. Out: AI, Melo, Chauncey, KMart, Nene, Birdman, and JR Smith. In: Lawson, Iggy, Manimal, McGee, Dre Miller, Gallo, Corey Brewer, and Wilson Chandler.

They are fun to watch, they hustle, and they play hard. It's too bad them Nuggs don't have the best overall record because not too many teams will get any Ws in their building. They will be extremely dangerous in the playoffs this year. Only thing they need is a superstar to get them to the next level.

Nuggets are scary. I still think their lack of superstar will be their downfall in the playoffs, but I want the Rockets to stay as far away from them as possible.

Fun team to watch. took them some time to put it together but nice to see them running at full potential, hopefully they can carry it over into the playoffs and do some damage.

I would love to see them win it all. Would be team we'd talk about for decades with the way they're constructed.

The Nuggets won't last too long in the playoffs unless Iguodala is able to start making shots outside the paint

Down 21 to the Hornets. It's over. Denver /= Miami with coming back big in games.

people need to realize that regular season success doesn't mean shit. denver might be a survivor in the first round against some shitty teams, but they will get exposed by good teams (like spurs, clippers and OKC) in the 2nd round. only two teams will survive to the WCF and we have 3 candidates here (spurs, clippers and OKC) so there's little chance for any other team to make the WCF imho
