never thought we wouldn't won it w/ yamhead cole starting at PG tbh. spurs might also be resting right there imho, maybe they purportedly lost this one in an attempt to bolster our complacency which's our biggest enemy.

You can't fine a team for wining. They obviously judged well how bad the Spurs are and decided not to play a few people. No issues here, Spurs wouldn't have gotten fined as well if they won in Miami.
