It would appear that Stern kept up his end of the deal. Thank God. At least the NBA is fair!

Don't worry. Only the Spurs get fined for this offense. Stern would never fine his Heat.

Obivously won't happen. Heat, Thunder, Lakers, Celtics, and Knicks operate under a different set of rules that everyone else do.

:lmao Mavs fan of all people calling another team "regular season champs". 4 titles > 1. And at least I'll get to watch my team play postseason basketball this year. Where as the Mavs won't, just like I predicted before the season started. :D

The Mavs had the 5th best record in NBA and went 67-11 (.858) after starting 0-4. Going against the Warriors, who wouldn't even have made the playoffs had your Mavs not rested players. There is no debate it was the worst flameout in NBA history and maybe sports history. It was just that bad.
Manu was playing with a broker forearm. He was our leading scorer that season. So that was a big reason why we struggled against a physical team. Most our our losses came down to a possession to decide the game. The Warriors thoroughly outplayed the Mavs.

Just a few years ago you'd have people talking about the hip check and how the NBA is rigged. GNSF as fuck.
The Spurs have gotten so many breaks from the league over the years it's not even worth complaining about tbh.

Hip check was a reasonable reaction by the league imo, considering that they also suspended Suns players over the incident. I have, and had zero complaints about it.
As for the breaks the Spurs got, feel free to list off some significant ones.
People (including me) bitch about the favortism for those teams because if you have league pass, which I do, you can plainly view favortism that takes place when those teams are down or are in a close game. Like many fans with league pass, I always switch it to the games of good teams when they're down late or it's close, only to get an eyeful of the refs calling fouls on nearly 80% of their shots going towards the basket when they need the points.
The complaints are not unfounded at all. Some? Sure, of course. In the grand scheme? No.
