Sounds about right, but tbh it could end up opposite. The importance of a superstar is pretty high, and the Clippers are the only team with one, so...

A superstar is still a superstar, and he will get his calls. They have a few other really good pieces in Billups (if he gets healthy) and Blake Griffin (who is actually getting better and better). If VDN actually plays Bledsoe extended minutes against Memphis/OKC/SA they could potentially upset someone. Luckily it won't happen so...

monkeyball still the best of these 3. denver might be slightly better then griz but losing ty lawson hit them hard, and i wouldn't fancy their chances to survive a first round battle against the grizzlies tbh. at this point of time the ranking should be:

monkeyball
grizzlies
denver

In a playoff series:

Clips
Grizz
Nuggs

Coaching is overrated, need superstars and to play some semblance of defense so Denver is out. Clips/Grizz is a tossup and I'd like to see the rematch, but I'd give a slight edge to LA.

Coaching is overrated
:lmao So blatantly false, it's not even funny....

This Clippers team is a poster child for why coaching is underrated in the NBA, if anything.... even with the inherent flaws of this roster (lack of a spot-up shooter or consistent wing scorer, Blake still in a developmental phase of his career, Monkeyball Jordan STARTING, several over-the-hill players who can't stay healthy or contribute much anymore), this team could be so much better than they are right now with an actual coach, tbh....

Vinny has single-handedly lost countless games in the past three years with his inability to draw up plays or make adjustments, complete lack of a functioning offensive or defensive system, refusal to give the most minutes to the most productive players, and misuse of timeouts.... he's also routinely walked all over and ignored by his players, whom he always throws under the bus after losses while taking no responsibility for his own failures, and he has lost the locker room two years in a row....

Vinny has also done nothing to develop DJ, instead choosing to hold a weird grudge against him.... he has largely ignored one of his best players in Bledsoe and has hindered Blake's development by trying to run the offense entirely through CP3 and Jamal.... how can Blake ever become the dominant big man he should be when the ball never goes to him in the second half?

Vinny's really fucked up this team and the end result is going to be an embarrassing first-round exit in the playoffs, followed by a new coach and major roster changes....

you know if Pop had never gotten Duncan this probably would be a good description of him.

not saying Vinny is Pop but style is very similar.
