Good read ... I can live with the loss in offensive efficiency as long as they play defense the way they have against OKC and most other teams this season

the spurs are adapting to the thunder's defense by taking, on average, 3 more shots per game from mid-range, but those shots are often before the defense is set, or are from TD. The Spurs are shooting better from mid-range, making the strategy appear sound so far.

I think the more important adjustment has been on defense, which the article mentions in passing. We still have no way to stop Durant from getting to the line 10+ times in the 4th. How well we hold 10pt leads in the 4th is going to determine if the Spurs have a chance. If the Thunder are ahead in games in the 4th, I don't see us winning many of those games.
