Have you tried Benadryl cream? It's worked real well for a couple of mild cases on my kids. Or like the cow said, go to a doctor to get steroids. Be careful with otc steroids like cortisone though, it could make it spread more.

How'd you get it?

i was outside playing hide-and-seek with my nieces and nephews one night, and i got snagged in the neck by a vine at one point. unfortunately, this vine was poison ivy.

something ive read that has worked wonders for me, is people said to basically rub the blisters until they pop, with cotton balls soaked with rubbing alcohol, and to do that basically hourly, because you want to dry out the affected areas as quickly as possible.

that, along with occasionaly application of noxzema has helped immensely

I can sympathize. When I was in high school I got some blisters on my palms from watching the Poison Ivy movies. It was rough.

Use this stuff:

http://www.zanfel.com/help/

They sell it at many drug stores. It is expensive, ~$45 for one tube, but it works quickly and completely. If you have a bad case it is worth it.

Same here. Somehow poison oak and ivy are among the very few plant related things my hay fever ass isn't allergic to. Always gave me a good reason to laugh at the kids who made fun of me for all the sneezing.
