Smoak is total garbage in Seattle. Plus we gave him up to get Cliff Lee, a steep price for a half year rental but it was worth it.

And yeah, it's not like Texas just fucked up in their evaluation of Chris Davis. They knew this talent was there, but he would never fucking show it consistently. He got chance after chance after chance after chance and the Rangers absolutely had to finally give up on him when they did.
