I felt it... Woke me out of a very rare and strange dream... My landlord was this old, primal African man (right out of national geographic), who had a pet monkey that was rubbing the man's chest, causing him to smile. We were having dinner together, and it was like the man was imparting ancient wisdom to me, but all the sudden an earthquake hit, and the man, monkey, and I each reacted with protective concern as the three of us realized it was an earthquake. Then I woke up as the earthquake continued to rock me in real life! It was so weird to have a shared real-life experience with a character in my dream! And then I was sad because I wanted to go back to the dream and interact more with the guy. But unfortunately, now I'm wide awake.

More proof that noone here really knows anything about Oklahoma. Earthquakes are fairly common here. This is not news.

I find it quite amusing that Spurs fans, fans who live in a city whose population consists mainly of a people who are indigenous to a poverty stricken country like Mexico, are in any position to make fun of another state in the union. Really, really funny and quite ironic.
Now I have nothing against Mexico whatsoever or anyone who comes from Mexico, but let's put things in perspective here - the state of TX is no stranger to the poverty, low education, drugs, and many other traits that people here want to associate Oklahoma with.

Didn't read that because I don't give two shits about Oklahoma..

A lot of posters are are pretty ignorant. You shouldn't waste your time trying to defend our great state. They don't know what they're missing out on.

There's good and bad aspects to every state. If you're naive enough to think that the state of Texas is without poverty and drugs, you're really not a very wise or well traveled person.

I had the misfortune of living in your barren wasteland of a state. It's exactly as shitty as everyone makes it out to be

So lets see... Everyone is missing out on...

1. One of the most hard-core conservative, bible thumping states in the Union
2. A landlocked, treeless, flatland almost completely devoid of any natural beauty
3. The oft-mentioned meth epidemic
4. A bunch of shitty casinos that make people in Branson and Biloxi chuckle
5. A population of people who mistakenly think they're southern
6. Drunk indians
7. Awful weather
8. OKC is maybe the blandest metropolis in the world, devoid of any cultural significance
9. Bricktown :lmao
10. Your other big city, Tulsa, is widely regarded as the meth capitol of America

This all adds up to the fact that your state is the armpit of America, while the eastern part of your state is basically an extension of Arkansas, the land of such luminaries as Brutalis

We can all only hope that Kim Jong Un uses your place of residence as a nuclear test site

When your basketball team has no chance to compete for a title and you're on a basketball forum; the only thing left is mud slinging.
