None in my family at all, though I have a couple of "friends" who would mooch my pants off for themselves if they could!

Even when they don't pay me back?

If it is someone who earns a decent living & is careless with their money or their things…Yea that ticks me off…

If it is a young person who just needs help…No I am fine with them not paying me back…I tell them that one day they just need to come see me when I am in the old age home & feed me soup…

Now spill it...Whats going on...:lol

My dad is a moocher. Pretty sad how he always asks to borrow the gas card or 20 dollars. It will only get worse.

:lol my parent would say something similar when I was younger - more along the lines of: "make sure you put us in a nice home, with fun activities".

$10 here, $20 there....it starts to add up. If he made an effort to pay me back, I wouldn't feel this way. It's gotten to the point where I avoid his phone calls.

Maybe you should call him with a made up story like you are having a financial crisis and want to know if it's possible he could give you some money. You won't get any, but at least if he thinks you're broke he won't ask again.

naw can't relate to this. everyone in my family holds their own. if someone needs help, that person always pays back. even with a NBA baller in the fam we don't ask him for handouts or for help. i love my fam, i've been blessed.
