I always see people criticizing others for their bad takes and people dodging other posters calling them out when their takes end up being wrong. So I decided to propose this thread. What was the dumbest or most-wrong thing you said this past season? It could be a horrible prediction or just a lambasted opinion that you now realize was misguided.
For me, I think it was this:
The Texans should win this game. To me, it's all about seeing if that defense can return to form. If they play well, the game shouldn't even be particularly close.
Obviously that didn't happen. For the next couple of threads, Pats fans didn't let me forget that prediction. I know that's not that bad of a take, but I only started posting here during the playoffs, and with the Ravens winning it all, any homerish predictions I may have made were backed up by my team. I'll have much more time to commit myself to bad takes this season.
If you think I've made a worse take, let me know. But it'd be more fair if you posted your own bad take before jumping on other posters. Let's see how many posters will sack up and admit they were wrong.
