PROS

-Duncan is beasting and in the best form of the past 5 years.

-The big three will all play in game 1. Everyone is healthy, Parker doesn't seem to be at 100%, but maybe he's just rusty.

-Kawhi has made a big quality jump in the last 3 months. Since the all-star break he's averaging 49% FG, 14.5 ppg and 6.9 rebounds per game.

-Neal seems to be getting his shot back just in time.

-Splitter. He seemed to be struggling/tired in the last few weeks. Tbh, he's the big change for the spurs after two years of slowly learning the system. He could take us to the next level or not. When he was in spain he was a fine performer in the playoffs. Let's hope he'll enjoy the pressure and will elevate his game.

-Pop. We have the best coach in the league.

CONS

-Manu has no rhythm. He's going to be so rusty for the first round. And we need him if we don't want to take the series to 6-7 games.

-No Diaw. His passing and stretching could have been nice vs Howard and Gasol.

-Green. He's slumping in the last few weeks. He needs to regain confidence to not shit the bed like last year in the WCF.

-Turd Towers. Because you know Pop is going to play them...

-No backup PG defined. Pop has gone with some struggles to define who is going to give Parker some rest. Nando, Cory and Neal switched up the role in the RS. But with Manu back I think Pop is going to put Neal in there, he's the most experienced of them.

-Pop. Yes, we have the best coach. But you all know he's going to pull out some mind blogging shit that will cost us one game.

¿?

-TMac. The talent is there. Let's hope he's not waxed up.

Feel free to add your own pros and cons! Let's do this shit one last time. :flag:

IMO Pop will play Blair but will go back to the rotation of either having Duncan or Splitter always in.

backup point goes to DeColo. Parker will get high 30's in minutes though. Ginobili whatever he adds will be good. Neal looks good lately and I'm confident in him shooting well against La.

i think T Mac sees time if Green struggles.

I am seeing Neal being huge this play-offs. He doesn't shrink in big moments and he realizes that this is him determining his future. He will get a real NBA contract either way but his performance on this stage will determine weather he is a specialist shooter, or a fully rounded player whose weak defense due to his size and speed is overcome by his offensive production and desire. His production and is the difference between a 1.5 mill per year contract and 3.5. He knows this is his future.

I think Boris being out is huge especially against the Lakers. I have to hope that Baynes is on the Play-off roster I think he will be active for the LA series and him against Gasol for a short time when Gasol has been shown to flinch a bit at contact is a good thing. Dwight worries me if he can keep up this connection with Gasol.
