Assume the position Spurs fans.

Lakers own you in the playoffs, would have beat you in 2003 also if not for the 38-12 FT attempt debacle in Game 1 of that series.

i'm not gonna say whether or not i'm scared.
i'll just say i'm not a church-going man and leave it at that.

Still with the FT count eh Lan man!

Corpse pose for LAL and their bandwagon fans..without Bean, you gots no chance.
Currently, your team is the La ers because K is out 6-9 months.

I'm giving you a 2nd chance to collect that beer...make it 2 for interest, since you no -showed me and Kori all those years ago. Tilted Kilt MV Friday Game 3. Collect your beers bro, or you gonna no -show 2x.

Ha ha, my old nemesis!

I will be at Staples Center for Game 3 or I really would take you up on your offer.

All the pressure is on the Spurs in this series, no one (other than me) thinks the Lakers can win.

Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.

Only pressure in this series is on Bible Kemp

He's the only "superstar" here who hasn't accomplished shit. If he gets beaten he's gonna look like an even bigger chump and he knows it.

Ignorance is bliss LL.

Should be Spurs in 5.
Especially if Nash plays.

Pretty easy to be fearless when you're a walking deus ex machina like Paul Atreides

Gary Neal is an important player for the Spurs. Adjust expectations to that.

Neal is 8th on our depth chart in terms of minutes per game. Same spot as Derek Fisher for OKC, Kosta Koufos for DEN, Lamar Odom for LAC, Quincy Pondexter (LOL) for MEM, Festus Ezeli for GS, Toney Douglas for HOU, and god knows whatever scrub LAL is trotting out these days.

Neal is easily top 2-3 out of this group, all of whom will see reduced minutes in the playoffs. He's not that important.

usually people bump threads when they're right
takes unusual integrity to a bump a thread and admit you're wrong
props for that

Actually, that's the Bene Geserit litany. None of them are divine entities.

It's good advice in any case. The fear of a thing is usually worse than the actuality of that thing.
