Basketball would be vastly improved if humans didn't have poorly designed, fragile ankles. Having sprained mine 37 times (yes, I started counting after the 4th one in my first year) and torn ligaments 3 times, I feel Splitter's pain.

CoJo is a freakin balla. Love this kid. We have our backup PG now. I wonder what that means for Nando and Mills?

Mills was never a good fit for this team. He's a chucker that has no playmaking ability. He'd be better off on an inept offensive team like Bulls or Grizzlies.

Nando - not a fan. He can pass but he's a mental midget and can't do anything offensively.

Nathan89
04-26-2013, 11:49 PM
You prefer Blair you fucking idiot?

No, I'm just giving Splitter a hard time because he's averaging 5pts and 4rbs for the series. I still prefer him to the other options.

The way Mills played at the Olympics I thought he might be developing as a playmaker, but you're right in that he hasn't. And Neal is a better heater off the bench. I'd happily keep Mills around on a minimum salary for morale purposes though, and because he's only 22-3.

As for Nando, maybe he gets traded in the off-season to a team that needs a backup PG?

Again, if we don't blow this team out tonight, I'll be very surprised. Tony seems to be getting to 100% healthy as is Manu and for the Fakers to be down to their 3rd string trio of guards and off-guards, we HAVE to take an early and decisive advantage. Here's hoping T-Mac's dressed and ready for Hollywood!

Spurs 116
Lakers 87

SEE! I almost got the final score perfect, congratulate me! I win...nothing. Still, praying for a quick heal for Split and another blowout of Fakers on Sunday.

lol Denver and GSW... both teams incompetently trying to give the game to the other. Curry misses an open layup, then Lawson an open 3, then Iguodala throws it away, Jack with a 5 second inbound call, then Ty Lawson tries to force his way through a double team and turns it over. Awful last two minutes by both teams.

That ending to the game just made me feel a lot better - whichever of those teams we meet can't win the game when it's on the line. They both looked utterly incompetent.
