I have the Knicks in 6... but this series can easily go 7, IMO.

If Melo shoots terrible like he did and JR keeps the terrible play . I mean you can't go wrong with Indy

Hope like hell the Knicks win or these playoffs will officially be a failure. I said before the postseason started that the most anticipated matchup of the entire playoffs was a Heat-Knicks ECF. In reality, Knicks can probably only win 2 games against Miami, but the talent and hatred these teams have for one another makes it great theater.

Who wins? More like who cares? Miami in 5 either way

I like Indy line up, the match ups are good for them. They might only be a future cannon fodder for the Heat, but i will take them in 6 games over the Knicks in this series.

Hopefully Indiana. Neither beats Miami, but the Kicks would get swept in the ECF

Indiana threatened a Bosh-less Heat team last season tbh

Stern will make sure NYK face Miami in the ECF

most pointless series since Indiana-Atlanta tbh

The Knicks blew a 3-0 lead and looked atrocious against an old, broken-down Celtics team, can't see them getting past Indiana tbh...

This is going to be a great series for grind-out basketball, tbh..

A lot of fake thugs on both sides, I'm expecting altercations and hard fouls every game, tbh..

going to be interesting series

knicks games so far i watch wasnt interesting especially the offensive system looks lame stand around and iso

pacers have a lot of lengthy players they can throw at the knicks midget lineup...

What's up with the Heat jizz drinking in this thread? You guys are acting like they have already won the Larry O'Brien trophy this year.

Indiana could easily beat the Knicks. The reason the Celtics lost a lot of those games was because their guys could not score to save their lives. Unles Indiana has a similar drought, I can see the Pacers beating the Knicks. But the money match up is Heat v. Knicks in the ECF so Knicks will probably advance.

New York in 7 games. Even though both teams will lose in the ECF to the Heat, a heated series between two huge NBA cities is better than a Miami vs Indiana snoozefest.

Damn, I just watched the ESPN documentary on the Pacers/Knicks rivalry and remembered how good it used to be. This doesn't compare, but anyways Knicks in 7.

How would you know if it compares or not before the series even begins?

Why do you think it is impossible to compare the players, the era and general aura from then and now to come to a conclusion it doesn't compare?

No offense to Romsey but who honestly cares? I used to love watching the Pacers play last year but after seeing them try to compete against Miami in the playoffs I've been completely turned off from the Easter Conference.

You care enough to post about it... You guys think saying you don't care makes you cool on here or something? Every other post is about someone not caring. If you don't care stfu and move along.

The odd might be slim, Stern might not be on your side, but the game still needs to be played anyway .....
