You should start one for the pompom wavers that won't mention who their team is.

I don't know who that is but clearly I'm a Texas fan. If it's not, I state it here now.

Further I've never felt more confident that not only are the Horns going to win in Dallas but they're going to pound the ever living dogpiss out of the Sooners in a bloody payback that will be the sweetest...or ugliest, depending on your prespective, thing ever seen on TV.

This ain't a 2000 Sooners team that's gonna shock the world. This OU team is truely going to suck.

Mr Dio

I state my support for UT as well.
I also believe UT wins in Dallas. The OSU game is the only real threat barring an inj to a major player such as VY. ags have a chance because of the fact they always get up to play the big team.

Too bad some clowns try & insinuate they were All-American this & that but won't name what team they support. Shame starts on the inside girls, name your team or wave your pompoms elsewhere.

What do you want me to say?

How we have more National Championships than Texas?

How we've beat Texas by an average margin of 30 points the last 5 years?

How your all-time leading rusher never managed to top 100 yards against us, only put up 2.3 yards per carry and a total of 167 yards against us?

How a true freshman surpassed all of your all time leading rusher's head to head stats in his first game in the series?

How your savior, Vince Young, has more turnovers than touchdowns against us?

What about how your stadium is named after a Sooner?

Mr Dio

What about how your stadium is named after a Sooner?

Who also matured into a Horn. Wanted to leave behind the ouSELESS thing ASAP I guess.

How we have more National Championships than Texas?

Yeah, You played in the BCS how many times & what is the record?
Nat'l Championship, lol! How many of those were HEAD-to-HEAD with UT?

Hmmm what is ou's record vs UT? Step up son.

Yeah, You played in the BCS how many times & what is the record?
Nat'l Championship, lol! How many of those were HEAD-to-HEAD with UT?

We have played in 3 BCS National Title games and won 1. We haven't had any head-to-head with Texas for obvious reasons... they can't make a BCS National Title Game. In overall BCS games, we are 2-2.

Of course, Texas just got their FIRST BCS bid last year, which I give them credit for winning. It was a big step from your 1-2 Holiday Bowl record since the turn of the century.

Hmmm what is ou's record vs UT? Step up son.

Since the game has been in Dallas, UT has a 43-35-4 advantage over OU, as I've already mentioned in another thread. Good job. You guys can have your one game victorys, we will just keep racking up Big XII and National Titles.

Embarassed, you mean like someone who won't name what team they support because they're LYING that they ever played for an Ivy League team?
Yeah, that's hard. To actually post soemthing, get called on it & curl up like an Ivy League QUEEN.

When the hell have you ever called me on anything. I answered your irrelevant question you little bitch. Move along.

And you can't compare UT and OU until UT beats OU. Of course, you keep dodging that subject.

I answered your question. You might bother to read what I wrote.

And whose getting called on what? You claim to have called me on not naming my team -- a matter, which I reiterate is irrelevant to any of these discussions.

You, on the other hand, keep dodging the fact that UT hasn't beaten OU in forever, and won't answer direct questions about anything, regardless of its relevance to these topics.

You're right, I'm the one who curled up. :rolleyes

True -- they've only been embarassed when beaten every year by OU.

Every year ? In the late 80's to 1999 Texas is 8-3 against OU. They beat OU eight times in a row in the 60s.

Do all history classes at OU only go back 5 years ? I wouldn't doubt it, that's about all that will fit into an okie mind. Must be thin textbooks. Comic books, as it were, with lots of pictures.

Before your latest little run..

1989 Texas
1990 Texas
1991 Texas
1992 Texas
1993 Oklahoma
1994 Texas
1995 Texas
1996 Oklahoma
1997 Texas
1998 Texas
1999 Texas

9 and 2

This is basically why OU fans are so hysterical with their 5 game streak because Texas OWNED their ass in the 90's.

When I started watching Texas - OU games as a kid. I was born in 1951.

1958 Texas
1959 Texas
1960 Texas
1961 Texas
1962 Texas
1963 Texas
1964 Texas
1965 Texas
1966 Oklahoma
1967 Texas
1968 Texas
1969 Texas
1970 Texas

12 and 1

OU had some good 70s and a good 80's run that, of course, you cheated your way into. But all in all, we've OWNED your sorry asses for years.

OU hasn't put anything NEAR the winning streaks Texas has against OU. Not even close.

This latest deal is a Stoops -vs Mack Brown thing. Texas has had the players to beat OU.

Since I'VE been watching Texas/OU games, Texas is 28-19 against OU. I'll take a 68% winning percentage. Don't care what happens after I'm gone or before I started watching.

So there's the rub. I guess I'm not a 19 year old OU fan. If I were, I'd think OU owned the college football world too.

1984 A&M
1985 A&M
1986 A&M
1987 A&M
1988 A&M
1989 A&M
1990 Texas
1991 A&M
1992 A&M
1993 A&M
1994 A&M

Texas fans love to run a lot of smack about how UT owns A&M due to their recent success but they can't stand it when that kind of smack is thrown right back at them in regards to OU.

So stop your whining already.

That's nice. You must sit around and talk with Celtics fans about all of your glorious past successes.

Do all history classes at OU only go back 5 years ? I wouldn't doubt it, that's about all that will fit into an okie mind. Must be thin textbooks. Comic books, as it were, with lots of pictures.

I wouldn't know, since I neither matriculated to OU nor attended any history classes offered by that institution.

OU had some good 70s and a good 80's run that, of course, you cheated your way into. But all in all, we've OWNED your sorry asses for years.

Funny, I've never professed any allegiance to OU -- ever. Just a distaste for the repugnant hypocrisy offered here by some UT fans. My team didn't cheat it's way into anything, other than our one-time stranglehold on the longest losing streak in NCAA Division I history, which was hard-earned by my school's absolute commitment to unwavering elite academic standards and ambivalence about success on the football field. Nevertheless, I congratulate you on all of your many past succeses -- have you retained your letter jackets?

This latest deal is a Stoops -vs Mack Brown thing. Texas has had the players to beat OU.

It is. And Stoops owns Brown. That was my point all along. Congratulations on all of the championships Texas has won in February; no doubt, the Texas Longhorns have made many PlayStation owners happy with their great cyber successes.

Since I'VE been watching Texas/OU games, Texas is 28-19 against OU. I'll take a 68% winning percentage. Don't care what happens after I'm gone or before I started watching.

I'm sure that you've made all the difference. Nicely done.

So there's the rub. I guess I'm not a 19 year old OU fan. If I were, I'd think OU owned the college football world too.

If I find a 19 year old OU fan, I'll direct him or her to you so that you can demonstrate your obvious superiority.
