I tell you what. The best chicken fajitas you can cook are the pre-marinated ones from H-E-B. All white meat breasts, man those are pretty good!! Anyone tried those? Are the beef ones good too?

An old school friend of mine used to bring meatloaf sandwiches about once a week. Those things were so goddanmed good...

I make Italian meatloaf ... it just tastes like a big meatball, otherwise my kids wouldn't eat it either. :lol

now i just sprinkle some of the fiesta fajita seasoning on chicken. not too bad.

yea yea we do a meatloaf 1lb hamburger 1lb italian sausage
mix it up flatten the mix then wrap it around cheese top with sauce
bake about an hour at 350 damn it's GOOD

eggs + hamburger meat + ketchup + oatmeal
I forget the proportions, though.
