Those look like some pretty disappointed faces. We'll bounce back though. Gotta have game 5.

Heard the Spurs held a closed-door practice. The whole team seems pretty damn mad. IMO if they channel that anger the next two games are blowouts in the Spurs' favor.

Tim doesn't want to talk about it. He's clearly livid. They should be focused for Game 5.

Anger is good. The Warriors won't like us when we're angry.

Pop shouldn't have gone soft on them when they where up during midway of the 4th... Pop needs to stay mad of them... they are all like children

I am more concerned the Spurs play more hero basketball and not enough team ball and defense. Manu tried playing hero ball last year in game 5 and we saw the result.

Yeah, after shitting the bed in the last few minutes, I'm sure they really want to bring it Game 5.

From some stills we get body language?

It is possible they might be determined after that implosion.
No fun, no fooling around can be a good thing. Even for this group.

Yeah, yeah. Talk is cheap. That anger doesn't meant shit if no one can grab a fucking rebound tomorrow night.

Talk is cheap, but how often do you see the Spurs in this mood and testy like this?

Tim is pissed. I feel a 25/15/5/4 monster game coming in game 5. He has a pretty good record of destroying teams in game 5s... 2003 versus the Fakers will always be remembered fondly.

Not very often, and I love it, but it has to translate to the court. I want to see some attitude where it counts.

I think they win comfortably tomorrow and finish off the warriors on Thursday. Gut feeling.

IMO they don't look pissed at all. It looks like they know what they need to do tomorrow. Beats the teary eyed shaking of the head press conferences post game 2

:lmao especially considering he's the kindest of the bunch when it comes to interviews even if the questions are so cliche.

Whenever MJ was pissed in an interview before a game, he'd score 50 with 10 rebounds, 5 steals, and 4 blocked shots the next game...and the Bulls would win by at least 20. We'll see what this means for us tomorrow.

You know they're really pissed, when Manu is cranky with the media. That's something I haven't seen in a few years.

In the background of the Danny Green shotaround (5/14), you can see Kawhi clank mid-range jumper after mid-range jumper :lol

And hell if that mid range corner jumper isn't falling, his corner 3 probably won't fall either.

jestersmash
05-14-2013, 12:03 PM
Well ok I watched the rest of the video and Kawhi gets into a nice groove eventually :lol

Also seeing as we made history for having the worst franchise collective shooting performance (FG%/3P%/FT%) since 1984, it'll be tough to be any worse in game 5.

Wait a second, my bad, that was Tmac in the background - not Kawhi.

Exactly, Manu is always pleasant with the media, even right after a tough loss.
