nice interview. I enjoyed D-Rob's story about MJ wanting to bet whose luggage would be coming out first at an airport.

It's good that the other players seem more ok with MJ's competitiveness than the public. I thought that MJ was a sad representative of a human being after that HOF speech. What a contrast between MJ's vs DRob's (and Stockton and Sloan) speech.

That's because he is tbh. The best player of all time but probably one of the biggest assholes the league has ever seen.

Big Dan Patrick Show fan, so I knew he would be on today, and they are really good about posting their interviews quickly on youtube.

So much truth. And it sucks so bad as I look back at when he was getting really big and all the Nike and Gatorade commercials... He was a basketball god to my 8 yr old self back in '88. Just another guy who was great in his sport but marketed as a good guy off it when he was a major dick in reality.

Great video dude, thanks for posting.

DRob gives great interviews. I wouldn't mind watching an hour special of a DRob interview on NBAtv or something.

The funny/sad thing is that was probably the gambling addict in him instead of the competitor.

He's good friends with Tiger Woods. That speaks volumes. Probably the greatest basketball player in nba history but a low life degenerate gambler. If anyone still thinks he willingly left basketball to play baseball, you are naive. The NBA wanted no part of a Pete Rose type scandal.

I love drob...he's the sole reason I started watching S.A...and I was lucky enough to catch him at the start of his career. He was an animal. Now I know he likes to talk a bit much about the "big guy"...and I believe in some form of a god..so I admit, I'm not at church every Sunday. However if I knew I would get to sit and listen to him preach, I'd be there...I've always loved, just listening to him talk. I'm glad he's still getting some publicity.

Dave Robinson is probably the classiest, most stand-up guy in the history of all sports.

:lol DP saying D-Rob putting Duncan at the 4 for his All Time Starting Five list was a "homer pick" and Robinson basically calling him an idiot saying it's an "intelligent" pick.

Not a big fan of Dan Patrick but he mostly wins the morning sports radio battle by default because he's not a fuge haggot like Colin Cowherd tbh.

The NBA could only hope it was a Pete Rose type scandal, instead of mob guys killing MJ's dad because MJ had gambling debts he didn't want to pay.
