To answer my questions: yes, criminals, convicted.

I'm pretty paranoid right now.

I was the foreman of a double murder trial about 10 years ago. Convicted them boys. 65 years apiece.

The shittiest part is that I have three more days, which means three potential cases. I'm going to wear a fake nose and grow a moustache for next time.

I got a letter saying I had jury duty once, so I ignored it. They can't prove you got the letter so you don't have to go.

One of the other jurors claimed that she did that once and got away with it. She said she didn't want to tempt doing that a second time, so she actually showed up.

Criminal, conviction.

The trial was against a stupid Egyptian taxi driver who had a thing for pulling out knives on other taxi drivers fighting over riders at the airpot. Second time he was accused of it, the first time he got away with it. Dumbass tried to go on the stand and cry that he was a good person, but every witness called talked about his short temper and violent history. LOL.

Served on both.

Denied a large claim for a civil case.

Good for you.

We don't need people on juries who would probably let the guilty walk anyway.

Faggot.

I don't like being on jury duty, but when you only have jurors who can't get out of it, you have bad juries.

Fuck you for enabling a bad system.

Stuff yeah dawg. I wanted to give them 70 years, 10 for each bullet they put in the guy but the other were jurors were like nah, that's too long, they're just kids. I was like wtf? They wanted 50, we settled on 65.
