(http://www.sunbeltsports.org/portals/0/content/branding/assets/index.html)The Sun Belt Conference unveiled its new logo and brand after a nearly yearlong examination of the impact, sustainability and core values associated with the conference. “Together We Rise” is the new mantra for the conference and it is the foundation and essence of the contemporary logo that the league will begin using on July 1, 2013 - replacing the existing conference logo that has been in place since 1997.

That wasn't my first impression, but now that you mention it, I can't stop seeing a butthole when I look at it. I like the new text, but the logo is no good.

I'd be surprised in Texas State stays in that conference for too long. I'm sure they want to join UTSA in whatever conference it can.

San Marcos has nothing to offer tbh. What do they have other than the outlet malls? :lol

I wouldnt mind them but reallignment is about market size in the non-AQ conferences, so I dont think C-USA wants anything to do with them tbh.

If we have nothing to offer than why is Lynn Hickey pushing for us to join CUSA?

Like I said, I wouldnt mind it because I like the rivalry with you guys. Im sure thats the reason Hickey is lobbying for you too.

Just because youre good for UTSA doesnt mean youre good for CUSA though.

She should be, She knows a good program when she sees one. Basically she's chasing perfection in hopes of catching excellence.
