Not that far away, tbh..

Can't wait until this no-defense playing, bad shot taking rapist is playing for a different team, tbh..

He'll drop 30 on the Spurs every time they play.

Which is a drop in the bucket compared to not having him give up points the other 80 games.

Thats when my girlfriend tells me: "but he is very good at taking charges!"

...and TATS the point when she and I are just wittnessing him taking a charge, just as like he could hear us.

I'm not a big fan of Neal and rather would like to see more of Mills and DeColo, but I want no part of a playoff series with him on the other team. He is the type of guy that will make us pay.

...not a good enough reason to keep him around. Might as well keep getting him minutes in case he gets hot. God knows he's due. Let his ass go somewhere else. I really hate seeing him at small forward.

TMac will take his spot just fine and for much less.

He's a shooter that can't shoot. What's the point in giving him playing time NOW when he hasn't had a single decent game in the entire playoffs. Embarrassing for a 3 point specialist to go 25% from beyond the arc. Fuck this guy.

Maybe he'll win us a game in Miami, like SJAX did with those back to back to back 3's in 2003

Neal will hit some big shots on the road in game 3 or 4 though.

This. Neal will come up huge when truly needed. Tbh I still think he's being limited by his plantar fasciitis. The time off will prolly be just as huge to him as the Big 3 and Leonard.

if only we could have had Reddick in dat 6th man role
he can relieve Green of huge minutes Pop should be giving him and he would have set Manu to 20 where hes most effective

Yeah, this fool has to go. He has been clutch in the past, but I'll take my chances in letting him walk. With the bar he has set for himself this year, I'm sure Denmon could come in and fill his role for cheaper. Have him up and down from the D-League like they did w/ CoJo this year..

Would definitely like the Spurs to make a run at him during the offseason, or draft someone in a similar mold; would be nice if they could find someone who isn't a black hole on D.

LMAO at the T-MAC hopefuls..dude is garbage, looks slow and fat, and averaged 28 points in China against 5'9" opponents. As much as the Spurs fan in me would LOVE to see it, T-MAC is not gonna be shit with the Spurs or even be a part of the rotation this year or next unless we were severely banged up..

He hit shots every game.

It's like ST posters are putting him on the same scale of Roger Mason and Richard Jefferson.

:lol guess he learnt that when he was charged for rape.

no question he has struggled but he's the closest thing the spurs have --> someone who can create his own shot and score off the bench especially is manu is struggling.

I think he's a good guy and he can get hot in a hurry... but he just doesn't fit on a defensive oriented team... I wish him well with D'Antoni in LA, tbh

Other than game one, and the three tonight, I don't see the shots you are referring to "every game".

Also, what about the easy shots he allows for anyone he is matched up on? The negative outweights the positive with this guy.

He could easily end up on a team like Memphis too. Or Mark Cuban has made a habit of picking up the Spurs leftovers, so he may be interested too.

A little dark but agree to some extent but its also on pop.

He's just too inconsistent. Two years ago he was a steady hand. Not sure what the hell happened.

It's strange, but it seems like he's actually gotten dumber with more experience. Usually the opposite happens. He made some strides defensively, but his ceiling there is below-average on a good night.

Neal has got to go. His flaws have become more and more evident the more minutes Pop gives him. Time is up on this 3-yr experiment.

I would love for the Mavericks to waste money on him and put him in their rotation as a point guard. He'll have one game where he goes Vernon Maxwell on the Spurs, and the Spurs will win all the others.

Gary is not going anywhere. His playing with a bad case of Plantar Fasciitis will take it out of you. He is luck just to play. I had a bad case in my right heel.
I had three rounds of shots and that didn't help. I could barely walk. You just have to rest it..

We all know Neal is a good shooter...when the bench played against Miami Heat last Nov. the Spurs bench almost won leading the pack was Neal with 20 pts., 7 assts., 4rbds & 4-4 FT in just 36 min of play.

Maybe we can use him (if we can pass Memphis), in the Finals vs. Heat
