In soccer, they give players yellow card for flop. (two yellow cards you are kicked out.) They should issue technique fouls to floppers. After game fines does not deter any players doing that.

The Kevin Martin lateral flop is exactly like what harden did to the Spurs. We have our own con-artist in Manu and have benefited from that as well, but overall, those flopping even without contacts does basketball no good.

Of course, you are talking about Stern here. So never get your hope up.
