I think it is just part of the conspiracy of the mass media to diss the Spurs...just throwing out a positive article to cover for the underlying hatred of God, family, and Spurs!

Yeah, I liked this article.
Does anyone have a YouTube link or something for the specific play the Times references? I'd love to watch it more closely.

Whoever wrote that is a great writer.
Point guard Tony Parker’s incisive drives into the guts of the defense have yielded a bounty of open 3-pointers, something the Grizzlies specialize in preventing.
Nice use of words there. He doesn't reuse many words throughout his length article either. I'm impresed by his English composition.

Very nice article.
Thanks for sharing.
It is interesting to me that on another thread in the forum, a writer talks about how many national media came to town looking for a story on Duncan or Pop or something that they could write about, and the purposeful low-profile of the spurs' team members and staff just stymied them.
Well, this national media guy decided to write something about basketball instead, and got a very nice article out of it.
It suggests to me that the Spurs don't make it easy on the media by being overly nice to them (although I swear Pop is better this year than I have ever seen him), and sometimes the media doesn't like that. But if they focus on the game that the Spurs play so well, they have something to write about and something to appreciate about the Spurs as well.
