I wonder if the main writers and gopher girl researcher Julie (she may have just been following orders):

How would these three *reporters* like to have some of their sensitive personal stuff publicized?
People of ST, should we combine ST forces to dig up some stuff on them?
I don't mean seriously damaging stuff, but similar stuff to what they did to Tim and Amy and by extension the Duncan children.
Or take the high road and do not "return evil for evil"?
Obviously Kori and LJ should have not only input but final say.

I feel sorry for their kids. Tim seems to be such a devoted family man. I don't like that the E-N dug this up. They should have respected Tim's privacy for all he's done for this city. Leave it to other sites/publications to dig something like this up.

If he was the typical celebrity attention whore, I'd say make whatever circus of it you want to. But here's a guy who's been content not to seek a lot of attention, and has given up a chunk of cash for the privilege. I wish the media would leave him the hell alone. But I know there's no chance of that.
