After Parker, probably the 2nd best Spur this series... he already did us a solid in 2005, but damn, this series he took it to another level...

nobody on that 05 detroit team has nothing to be ashamed of. they played lights out. This Tay is a shell of his former self.

rewatching some of those 05 games not long ago, he was the weak link... he was the guy Larry put on Manu... and Manu dominated that series...

He was the real Finals MVP that year, tbh...and TD knows it.

His games 3-4 were pretty bad. TD was more consistent.

Plus, a lot of the opportunities Manu got came from the Pistons having to key on Duncan. And, of course, TD was the team MVP on defense that year, just like every other year since David's back started getting the best of him.

We couldn't have won those titles without Manu or Tony, but Tim was the real MVP then. This year is a tougher call, because Tim is still the defensive MVP, but the offense really runs through Tony.
