I'm watching the Pacers right now and I'm shocked to how they play. While good defensively, their not very good offensively. They have really good pieces in George, hibbert, west, and hill. I got to thinking, what do you think pop could do with this group?

Too much nigs, so many stupid errors, dumb plays... but they are very physical, as expected.

Not that this is relevant to a potential Finals matchup this year, but keep in mind that Danny Granger is out. Their offense isn't usually this bad.
I suspect they would be a very good ball club under Pop.

The thing is tere is very little movement to the pacers offense and pop would change that

No more than Vogel is right now imo. Vogel is doing a solid job and deserves some props for it. You guys overreacted to the game 1 debacle. Yeah, Pop would've have allowed that, but Pop couldn't have done any better after that imo.

they're good defensively only up to 5 feet from the ring. outside they're lazy, especially paul george. if the pacers manage to reach the finals, whoever he's guarding is going to have a field day shooting three's. and please, if anyone is about to say stephenson and george hill are gonna stop the spurs outside, step away from your keyboard now.

i think Pop will apply a similar strategy to the series with Pacers like what he used and worked in the Conference finals. condense the paint and force Hibbert to turn the ball over, Leonard will take care of george in D even if it means a deduction of his contributions at the offensive end. a series vs. the pacers would probably be the easiest match-up of the entire postseason for them spurs, but as you know, it ain't gonna happen cuz stern won't allow so.

Beat them in the Finals hopefully.
