This image took me the whole evening, because I had to find spurs jersey replacements for Scola and Oberto; but after all my Hard Work I think it turned out great

Nice. Good work.

Is Rasho crying? Perhaps he realized in the picture how little playing time he'd get in that scenario.

lol, yeah I thought the same thing when I found that picture of him, but I was looking for pictures of each player with emotion, and that is a good one of rasho; you dont usually seem him like that

LOL! I think you might be a little too rash don't you think? i mean, we still don't know if we're bringing Scola in, and if we are, then I don't think the Spurs are going to go for Oberto.

again I had to find pics of each player with emotion; and for scola and oberto I had to find pics that matched the same body placement as the jersey I was going to use for them

The spurs are going to need another big man in their lineup anyway, because they are going to lose Tmass, Marks, or both; so why not try and sign Oberto to a LLE

and I know Scola coming in this year is not set in stone but I thought it would be fun to see what they would look like in spurs uniforms anyway

Sorry dude, I wasnt knocking your work...its awesome. Just joking about how ugly he looks in that pic, even the computer animation wizards over at Pixar couldn't fix that

looks arent everything I mean look at Ginobili, but we all know how well he plays

gospursgojas

Yeah thats true, I mean if looks had something to do with how well you play, Deke Mutumbo would never have made it out of the Y.

atleast you know one thing when you sign a player from Argentina, they are not afraid to show their emotions during games

ofcourse if you noticed from the pictures, Scola's NT number is 11 and I gave that to Oberto; and right after I put that jersey on oberto I was like; " dang that is Scola's number" but I wasnt going to go back and fix it, it takes a while to find to players that match in position and that have the same jersey number

Nice photoshop work, ace. You could easily do cover page work for "The Star" or "Globe" and most certainly the National Enquirer could use a quality boost. :hat

I think Rasho is about to sneeze in his pic.

In the Oberto AND Scola scenario, Rasho has to be the one out (not that I want that). Duncan and Horry aren't going anywhere, the Spurs see a lot of potential in Nazr's aggressiveness and they aren't going to bring in both Oberto and Scola unless they plan on giving them some minutes. This could be the time you could get something good back for Rasho since you're trading a big for a small and some team that is size challenged could send the Spurs the long 3 they've been looking for.

But in the end, training camp will decide on the Nazr/Rasho ranking. I wouldn't count Rasho out just yet although it doesn't look too good sometimes. Rasho will benefit from having better hands, passing skills and defensive positioning. But if Nazr can pick up the defensive rotations and increase his aggressiveness on the offensive side and rebounding, he'll take it rather easily.

Thanks Solid D; and when you mentioned the Star you reminded me of something, did you guys catch the picture of Tony with Eva during the championship celebrartion after Game 7 in the SBC Center in Sunday's 'Star'

I was like NOOOOOOOOOOOOO! the spurs are not suppose to be in the media

yeah I did put rasho in there, again with that front line, no one could stop the spurs; we could create so many lineup problems

The hope would be that Scola and/or Oberto can make the transition into the NBA defensively. It's one thing to play D in that scrum I saw in the Olympics, it's quite another when you have to step out and guard a man one on one.

Look, I hope both are solid NBA defenders and the Spurs are able to bring both over, especially at their price.
