If Tony Parker doesnt play well enough to earn the MVP, I dont think the Spurs have a chance of winning, tbh.

He'll play well, the bench guys won't. Lebron.

Lebron will win the MVP no doubt, unless Phillibeaner manages to make the team lose somehow

LeBron.

I think he'll pull a Jerry West and get finals MVP on the losing team.

tp9 against chalmers and cole, is another boobie waiting to be exploited :(

i dont want this sucker to win the fmvp, but for the spurs to win the ring he has to be playin mvp ball

hopefully wade ball hogs and doesnt allow lebron to take over, cause im sure he currently has a problem with his role and lebron taking over his team, forcing him to be a scrub

Would be a shocker if Lebron chokes like in 2011.

All you have to do is make him shoot jumpers all day long, if he gets inside he's as efficient as anyone and he'll flop to the line at least 10 times a game. His shooting however is as horrible as when he first entered the league. He also shot like 30% or something on jumpers last year in the Finals so that part of his game + no post moves are still his weaknesses, tbh.

And he really hasn't developed much from that time, big time in the mental department but if you manage to keep him from going inside all the time you have a shot. Bulls did that and Bron shot 44% for the series, it can still be done.

Lebron outside of 10 feet this season has shot 41,8%, inside 10 ft 69%

how can you be a spur fan and say tony parker? REALLY? you can't even troll with that. Tony parker is a bonefide glorified roleplayer, and that FMVP in 2007 is more laughable than bible kemps Christianity.

And what did he shoot in 2011? He's come a long way, if he had his current jumper in 2011 they're going for 3peat right now.

And tbh I'm going with Duncan if the Spurs manage to win. Just cause of matchups, TP9 is at a disadvantage there.

in 2011 he actually shot 63% inside and 39,6% outside, he improved his shot big time in the 3ft-10ft range but outside he's still basically the same shooter he's been for a while now

he still shoots poorly on mid-range jumpers and if you give him contested 3s he ain't shooting above 40% on a regular basis

shot poorly on jumpers last year except for that Boston Game 6, still is pretty average if you defend him the right way, as in you don't give him much space and play him physically, KL fortunately has huge hands and is a good defender, but he might be too small in terms of weight that Bron will just use his advantage to go inside

but if you somehow get him to shoot jumpers on a more consistent basis, he ain't gonna explode on you for an entire series, maybe a game or 2.

Yeah, it's not like anyone shoots the mid range jumper consistently really anyways. When current elite players have it going (Lebron, TP9, Westbrook, Durant) have it going, they're all unstoppable.

We both know that If you can actually force any team into mid range jumpers, they're probably gonna lose. I just don't think it's possible to do that to the Heat unless their only offense is Lebron and he thinks he can volume shoot his way into a victory. But it's happened with the Pacers, so we've got a shot.

I just wouldn't bet on the Heat shooters shooting so poorly for this many damn games in a row.
