I don't know why this wasn't credited in the stats.

Looks like they thought it was a steal attempt and not a block. Since the Heat recovered the ball, the "steal" didn't count.

Or it looks as if Allen just passed it.

It should have been credited as a block. It was above Allen's head, and he had started into his shooting motion.

That was clearly a GREAT block, which was not counted unfortunately.

He made up for his miss with hustle. I saw him come flying in offscreen and screamed my head off. Hell of a play. Manu was really into it this game.

That's because it was an intentional pass by Ray Allen and not a blocked shot by Manu. Miami ran the same play against Indiana multiple times... baseline dribble then kick out and they wait for defense to rotate (Gary Neal) out to guard the shooter then the pass gets whipped back once the shooter spots up (Chalmers). However, Parker just did a good job of closing out on Chalmers and helped get the steal with Manu.

Manu's body language just made it look like a block, but you can tell Jesus Shuttlesworth was passing.

I was thinking this morning if we can just get 1 vintage game from Manu in this series that we win,

it might be enough to win this championship..

It was an epic block. That's Ginobli for ya. Running down the floor at full speed and coming flying out of nowhere to block an open 3.

It just happened to be blocked directly to another Heat player, making it look like a pass.

Eventually resulted in a steal, so that's awesome too. Ginobli continues to be under appreciated by Spurs fans. He's my favorite player ever. He's the ultimate competitor.
