Panic in ESPN land, but to act like the Heat weren't really trying last night is laughable.

Oh and Colin Cowpie's take: "The Heat have lost Game one in their last two series. They are like the boxer that feels you out and then comes back and delivers the knockout punch."

So you know, Spurs = fvcked.

:lmao

Both teams can obviously play better but what I'm scared of is the refs, i think they did a very good job last night but with a different crew and the possibility of Miami going down 0-2 there's a good chance they get some home cooking.

obviously. don't you know the best way to beat miami is to lose game 1 and then take it from there?

He's a big market guy, his opinion is often matched by guys like Israel Gutierrez. Whatever, let the Spurs do their thing. They put up the W's, and don't worry about the drama garbage. If Bosh wants to attempt three's instead of drive the lane like a moron, let him.

ESPN radio is so horrible

yesterday I just tuned in for the first time ever and they were discussing "what is better for the league, a Heat win or a Spurs win"

that's right. "what is better for the league"

one idiot there said it's better for the Heat to win because american fans don't like dynastic teams like the spurs. He then proceeded to say Heat should keep winning every year. Right after he said fans don't like dynasties :lmao

how about the best team winning is best for the league??

never tuning in ever again

Who cares about the fans? Best basketball should win, is all.

apparently ESPN cares about pleasing the fans a lot more than finding out which is the best team

Spurs should have tanked Game 1, since Miami is so good at responding :(
