I have to say no. The only thing Hakeem couldn't do that Kobe could was snitch on a teammate to the police. If you're a GM and have to choose who to draft, who do you take?

No. I take Hakeem 10 times out of 10. And I'm a known Kobe fan.

Top 3 players I've seen at their peak..

1. MJ
2. Hakeem
3. Shaq

Damn if a known Kobe slurper like Jammy is taking The Dream then it's a done deal tbh.

Peak Hakeem is still the best bigman i've ever seen. Granted I was pretty young when I watched the dismantling of Robinson & Shaq but even then, i knew that shit wasn't fair.

Hakeem won them the first ring almost by himself. he had some solid role players on the squad but he was the only Superstar on his team in their first championship season imho. While the rapist couldn't even get pass the 1st round w/o another superstar playing alongside him

But was that as impressive as the time Kobe carried his team to a 3-1 lead over Phoenix?

Always take a center over a guard (assuming other factors, like health, are equal).

I'd easily take Hakeem. I don't even have to think about it very hard.
