One of the announcers said it right I believe. Something to the effect of leaving the starters out there because "you gotta deal with the mess you made."
I agree with that logic. As long as the game doesn't get dirty and they're starting to play a bit easier, it's risk reward, and as a coach I'm banking on the reward of the embarrassment of them having to play on the court while down 30 is gonna reward me with them finding the motivation to not do it again. Especially with someone as insecure as lebron. You know come hell or high water he don't want someone like blair dunking on him.
That was some next level shit. Good game, San Antonio.

THANK YOU for starting this thread. I LOVED hearing this shit. FUCK YOU Miami ,,!, from all of us here in San Antonio! Loved the way the PA did not need to play the tune to get it started, we know how to take a shit on a city with class.

That was freaking great. I couldn't tell where it started exactly, but bravo to whomever it was. And the chant was much louder in the stadium than it sounded on TV, even though folks had started emptying out.

Lol the Ravens didn't start that chant. Its happened in the college games..i.e football and basketball..I've heard the Wisconsin Bagders football and basketball teams do this the past few years..hell any college teams have done this for quite some time..none the less it was awsome to hear the Spurs fans trolling the shit out of Heat fans..Go Spurs!!

It doesn't matter. I didn't call it the Ravens' chant. But it is a part of their culture, and it has been since the Ravens started to take control of the AFCN. I've always associated it with an underdog. To see a favored team like Miami get showered with it doesn't feel right. Had it been Golden State fans doing it, I'd think it would have made a lot more sense.
It just feels like Heat fans were like, "Super Bowl -- winning fans do this? Sure, let's do it too. By the way, go Ravens and Yankees!"

That was crazy. I heard a few people down low do it, then suddenly EVERYONE was doing it. I laughed so hard before i even got a chance to join in!
I have never witnessed such a natural organic trolling ever in my life.
unfortunately....the chant kept up as fans were leaving and i THINK it may be here to stay. Which is unfortunate because its easily a top 2 gay chant in sports.

Actually it was first used by a Belgian football club, then picked up by AC Milan i think (or some other big club in Italy). After that it found it's way to other sport clubs all over the world. Heat not being very original.

The fact that we're not sure if this was the best Spurs related trolling of the playoffs shows how awesome this is. It's a competition between this, Tim Duncan smiling as Dwight walked past and the fact TMac played in the Finals.
