I'm not a big fan of the way Jackson acted to get himself kicked off the team. Hopefully he doesn't get interviewed and talk junk about Pop or the Spurs. He's taken a less controversial tone on this the last few weeks. If so, then hat's off to the guy for doing an interview. Inside it's got to be kicking him for not being a part of this. This guy has just made a lot of dumb decisions, like leaving the Spurs the first time. That said, it's one thing to make a dumb mistake, it's another thing to be reminded of it over and over again. Like anyone is going to believe him when he says that he is fine with being kicked off the team before the playoffs only to see them go to the finals and possibly win it all. It's got to suck to have people keep asking him what's it like to not get to be in the finals or how does he feel to see role players like Gary Neal, who also wasn't getting a lot of playing time at the end of the season (and didn't cry his way off the team), all of a sudden become a star in the finals.

Got the end. Did they ask him about the Spurs/him leaving the team? Started watching when they were talking about the dark alley team and the brawl

In the interview, Jax said after the malice in the palace in the locker, Ron Artest said, "Do you guys think we're gonna get in trouble?" :lol

Other than he loved the Tim Duncan "Ultimate Teammate" quote, The Spurs weren't mentioned at all.

More about the brawl, regrets he had growing up, stories about the gun/strip club, mentioned a story where he went to retrieve something inside a house for a friend, didn't say what it was, but if the cops would have searched him when they asked him questions he said he would have been in jail for 10-15 years. And some none Patty Mills towel stories in Golden State...

Wow, there is NO question Captain Jack won't answer. Ask him anything, he'll always tell you the truth. You can tell he hopes you don't ask him something he doesn't want to asnwer... because he knows he HAS to answer it. LOL!

Wish he had been in the mob, he'd write a great book I bet. LOL!

Hmmm... maybe once he's done in the NBA he will write that book, I'll buy it.

Really nice interview, though I was annoyed they didn't bring up Jax getting cut/Spurs in the Finals issue.

No matter all the hate he gets now from Spurs fans I'll always love the guy and wish he could still be in on this run.

That was a relief tbh. I thought he was going to say they asked each other to wash each other's backs or something.

So I'm confused....there interviewing jax during the spurs finals run, and not asking him about the spurs? Why are they even interviewing him??

Yeah. That didn't make sense. That show along with SportsNation have to be the worst shows on ESPN.

Yeah I wonder what the crowd response will be like. There's no way they don't ask him about leaving the team though

SJax is so arrogant. Seriously, I don't know why you guys like him so much. Saying he doesn't regret anything from the Malice at the Palace incident except for losing 3 million dollars sounds pretty thuggish to me.

Kind of reminds me of when he said that he doesn't regret anything from the Spurs cutting him because he got his money. He boasts about loyalty and yet the only thing he comes across seeming loyal to is himself and his checkbook.

"Do you think we're going to get in trouble"-Ron Artest

Changes my opinion of him.
