No storylines. No shockers. No surprises. No upsets. No thrillers. The Spurs are just going out there, doing what they're supposed to do, and beating a team they were supposed to beat. No trash talking. Nothing personal against the Heat, they weren't expected to make this a series.

After 3 games, the Spurs are proving that they are the favorites in the series. They are getting some slight respect from ESPN finally, but ESPN and media seem to be constructing everything out to be that it is 100% fine for Miami to be down 2-1 in the series after 3 games, and that LeBron can just flip a switch on at any time. The truth is the Heat are halfway to a Finals defeat. The truth is they are getting outplayed in the Finals just like they were in the Eastern Conference Finals. The Spurs have two Big Three's - Duncan/Ginobili/Parker and Neal/Green/Leonard. Miami doesn't even have a real Big Three. Mario Chalmers and that hobo-looking Mike Miller are scoring more points than the so-called Big Three of Miami.

The MVP for this series will be Danny Green. As I stated prior to this series, Danny Green is a better player than LeBron James. Everyone was talking about Green and Neal's hot shooting night, but those should come as no surprise. Green and Neal can usually expect to shoot at a high percentage from three point range, so last night was no show or shocker or game of the year for the Spurs. The Spurs just went out, beat a team they were supposed to beat, and did what they were supposed to do. No big celebrations, no big surprises. Just a day at the office for the Spurs.

If Mario Chalmers and Mike Miller are the best your team has, you should not even be in the Finals. The Heat have been the underdogs all postseason long. This team is not going to win a title and LeBron after his career is over will at best join the tier of Ewing, Barkley, and Malone.

the chance of Spurs winning the title is just as small as Green winning the finals MVP imho. The bottomline is that the Heat will win at least one game in San Antonio which will pull the series back to Miami, where the Spurs will get buttfucked.

You ssooo desperately want to see The Spurs fail it isn't even funny anymore.

:cry I only want my 2011 Mavs to have ever been able to beat Miami in The Finals. It would be such a HUGE slap in the face to me. Owwww... :cry

OP's take would be hilarious if reality hadnt become so skewed after 3 games to make everything plausible.
