Local Reporter (Former) Arrested?

I just got called from home about a former sports reporter @ the Express-News and La Prensa that was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault with a child.

The story's on KSAT.com, but they don't list a name. I was told they did show his picture.

Anybody else see it and/or know who it is?

It seems as if it's Richard Martinez.

A big time boxing promoter was arrested Thursday, accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy, San Antonio Police said.

Forty-six-year-old Richard Martinez was also a newspaper reporter. Police said he used his position as a reporter to befriend a family to get access to the child.

Martinez took the child to an undisclosed location and sexually assaulted him, police said. The boy was able to get away and get help.

Martinez was expected to be officially charged Thursday night.
