Thank Allah this thread was already out there. Now, here are my questions:

I've stared at this fucking picture for hours and cannot figure out WTF is happening with the 2 people in diapers. My instinct is that they are mexican midget porn stars, but I talked to my boy who thinks they are the family children and the kid on the left is wearing a fake mustache.

What the fuck is going on here?

Diapers?

Glow stick?

Are those tats on the chest of the diapered left one? The left arm of the diapered right one?

Why is the mexican in the bed of the truck holding on to the leg of the diapered right one?
