Just puts things in perspective as we post about the Spurs. Much more important things than sports like living life to the fullest. I loved the Sopranos. He was the best ever as the dad and he was only 51. Mods can move this since its not Spurs related just thought I'd post it.

So some rich guy that acts like a gangster on TV is dead? Geez, I'm crushed.

The Spurs are more important to me, tbh.

Why is this even relevant in a Spurs forum?

Former super Spur Mike Mitchell passed away a couple of years ago. Now that is a noteworthy passing that deserved a place in this forum.

Let me guess... It's all Manu's fault?

Wait stop me if I'm wrong but wasn't the series finale of Sopranos on at the exact same time as Game 7 of the Finals back in 2005 and there was a controversy on SpursTalk because some Spurs fans were going to watch that live instead of Game 7 :wow

Dude died on TV and in real life on Game 7 days (unless I'm wrong, which I very well could be, tbh).

So I guess Gandolfini is as dead as Manu's career?

i was kind of shocked to see this tbh, but he was looking pretty bloated in recent films like Zero Dark Thirty. I never watched Sopranos but Rest in Peace nonethless.

Sopranos ended during the 2007 Finals.

Another 2007 parallel as tony soprano dies yet again. Spurs road victory is assured.

I think it was during Game 2. I seem to remember LeBron being distracted by how Sopranos ended so hopefully this messes with his mind tomorrow tbh.

Regardless, RIP T.

Could have used a spoiler alert. I'm a little behind here on the Sopranos.

FWIW, Tony Soprano dies to the tune of "Don't Stop Believin'"

:lol Not sure if that's a good or bad omen tbh.
