Depends. What will most likely happen is that a portion of Duncan's salary will probably be given to Kawhi Leonard once Duncan retires or becomes a FA. If Duncan decides to keep playing then he'll probably take the vet's min so that the Spurs can keep building around Parker and Leonard.

Based on the trajectory of his improvement, he's going to get a hefty offer. Considering his rookie deal coincides with the end of Tim and Tony's contracts (and that's Tim's optional 3rd year, so he might already have been gone for a year), I'm sure they'll do absolutely whatever it takes to retain him. Luckily he'll be restricted, and he's an absolute lock to resign because of that

They'll extend him after next season. There's no reason to be concerned about that. Leonard seems like a person who really will appreciate the quiet of San Antonio. The same thing is true for Joseph if he breaks out next season, although a trade to Toronto wouldn't shock me if the Raptors offer their 2014 first.

Green, however, cannot be extended and will not be restricted this time around. Losing him is a real possibility.

I have a feeling Leonard has a good chance of playing his whole career in San Antonio. He's that kind of guy who fits in Spurs system and I hope he never leaves.

Depends on how worth is defined.

On the market(Which typically focuses a lot on PPG scoring, probably 8 million)

By WP48(Wins Produced), He'd get the max. That over-rates him a bit, but he is a really good player.

21 year old Kawhi in the finals>>>21 year old TP in the finals, and 21 year old TP got 66m/6 10 years ago. Kawhi getting 4/48 would feel like a really good deal for us.

It is possible that he ends up a Finals MVP as a 21 year old. If he ends up doing that, the fan base would be OK giving him the max.

I think he'll end up getting something like 70/5 after his rookie expires.

He will deserve what he gets.

He is the most important part of our team in my opinion, once Duncan retires and Parker settles down to earth, he will still be in his prime. He is the glue, he can contain scorers and is a good scorer himself. Every successful team needs a Kawhi-like player.
