I can't get off this forum, I can't concentrate on anything right now except for game 7. lol luckily today is a slow day and did most of my work in the morning.

Tonight can't get here soon enough, 3 more hours for me here.

My productivity has slacked these last few weeks! :lol I stop constantly to make sure I'm streaming sports radio, checking ST, FB, listening to pre/post game interviews, losing sleep, etc. Fortunately we're in good shape on the project I'm working on!

Can't do anything today... my stomach is a pit of anxiety... I'm so nervous right now

Not only am I unproductive, but I've got crazy tiredness to factor in as well (being in the UK). Games have been 2am-5am here, and I leave for work at 8am. June 10 was not the best day to start a new job. But fuck it, it's Game 7.

I completely understand. My most unproductive time of the year is during the Playoffs. Havent been able to get my hea dinto work, especially today.

Ha, funny what this team does to us.

I have a feeling if we win tonight, I won't be sleeping a single minute and tomorrow is going to be one of those "slack off" days, especially since its Friday.

As someone who's proud to never feel sick or nauseous in years...I was on the verge of throwing up earlier this morning, with a huge feeling of anxiety. I can't believe at the age of 33, I'm feeling like an immature kid thinking about the team and this game while still moping about Tuesday night. My work at the office has been lousy these past couple days to say the least...lol.

yesterday i was far more unproductive at work. I felt like we were done at that point and didn't even think about a game 7. Instead, I just lost sleep, lost appetite and was so down i took a nap in the server room. Man, wtf is wrong with me, I really need to lighten up :lol

I've been doing my best to NOT think about the game so I don't worry myself into oblivion before the game even starts.

We will all probably feel relief when it does start. The waiting's what's killing us the most. . .at least unless the game starts going the wrong way. :( Which I hope doesn't happen!

Unfortunately today has been one of the busiest days of the month for me, BUT it's also been a lucky day in terms of things going right here..... Being busy has kept my mind free, I'd go nuts if I was working from home today.

Fortunately I'm on vacation because I would be worthless at work today (more so than usual). And none of my management or co-workers are Spurs fans, or bball fans in general, so they wouldn't understand. Good thing I'm not there.

I am sitting here numb to what is likely coming.. I am seeing a Tim Duncan talking to the media about how much this sucks that it was maybe his last chance at number 5.. Wish I was more optimistic but game 6 crushed my spirits.. If you listen to Manu he appears ready for vacation..

I am your age and it is effecting me the same way. Yesterday I busted ass and got my work done really fast, when I mad I tend to do that and the carry over from the game had me very upset.

TODAY I am going to flat out suck at work and get anxiety attacks.

I should have taken this day off weeks ago to extend my vacation in case of a game 7, now I have to go in for 5 hours today and miss the first Q of the game :( GOOD LORD why did I not plan ahead for a game 7???? IDIOT I am.

Yeah, I'm giving my co-workers a lot of attitude! They all want the Spurs to win despite not being fans (I live and work in Northern Cali.) just so they can get the normal me back!

Last night I was at work until 2 am because I had a hard deadline and no ability to concentrate. Oops.

The first round exit years were really good for my productivity at work, tbh. :lol

I had 13 days of vacation planned for my sons 3rd birthday, starting lat Friday, since December of last year, so everything has worked out perfectly! Only thing that has sucked has been waiting around all day for the games to start!

Got stuff done early today to leave by NOON. Went to HEB got my beer and the fixens for a Shrimp and Sausage Gumbo. Watching ESPN and viewing Spurstalk. Feeling good about the Spurs chances. Experience, Rings, and Heart will get us through this one.

Got 3 wisdom teeth pulled this morning and I'm high on that oxy. My already shitty mood is gonna be 10x worse if we lose. Already had a spat with the wife. I'm sitting there feeling like shit and she asks me where the fucking dustpan is. I say idk and she fucking goes off on me. Fml.

As far as I know they don't check it. But their pretty lenient as long as you do what you need to do. Except for the porn lol

I finished what I really needed to do this morning and now its kind of busy work time. But my mind is elsewhere right now. What would take me 5 minutes to do, took me like 30 minutes lol

I was worried about this late in the a.m. and then an executive secretary, me, and my boss were talking about the game and she goes 'You better check his internet usage today'! In my head I was thinkin 'damn shut up, I can't help it!' Worst part was that it didn't stop me from being on ST all day.

Tell your boss that you can work for 30 minutes a day cause it's the same result.

btw. Let the hopes go and you will not feel nervous. Spurs did what they did and you have no power to change it if you are nervous or not :)
