Not sure if this has been shared or not but while Duncan was on the floor for the 44 minutes that he played, the Spurs were +16. That means, for the 9 minutes that he didn't play, the team was -19. Somebody besides Kawhi needs to have Duncan's back.

It'd help if Splitter actually rotated in time to defend the rim for once in this series.

I'm at the point where I'd rather see Bonner than Splitter. At least Bonner can shoot three pointers. Splitter is just Bonner but without the threes.

Ginobili was -21 in 34 minutes. Not sure if that is shocking.

I don't think that the Spurs can extend Timmy's minutes much more, but I do wonder if Pop's plan for Game 7 will be to cut Tiago's minutes even more than they've been cut in the last couple of games.

Timmy gave it his all in Game 6. He did more than anybody could have expected. And the others (Manu, Green) shit the bed. I wouldn't be surprised ifDuncan is just gassed tonight. Hope I'm wrong but at 37 I doubt it.

Tim, Tony, and Kawhi need to play as many minutes as humanly possible. This is it. This is for everything. There is no tomorrow.
One thing I've noticed with the Spurs players over the years is that they start cramping up when they are playing super-extended minutes. I have seen it happen to Tim and Tony and others. It happened to Tony in the last game. What is so awful about it is that it is so preventable. There is no reason why players can't be given something at the half time when they are playing so hard and long to offset some of the loss of enzymes, etc. And obviously I mean something other than gatorade. Nothing illegal, either. Just something that is available and should be used to prevent the type of cramping that we are seeing.
I hate the stat bullshit these days. Sure only one road team has won game 7 in 35 years, but does it matter that the sample size is only 6? Sure a ridiculous percent of teams that win game 1 or game 5 win the series, but does it matter that the Heat are favored to win the series?

Hope Timmy ate his Wheaties this morning.
Need him for some 45 minutes or so tonight. Just bring your lunchpail to the office tonight. Gotta work through it all.

BTW, I wouldnt be overly shocked if Pop lied about basically not playing anyone else that hasnt been playing. Spurs go down early or the reserves suck like usual, who knows he might revert to Coach Tinker on the fucking fly.

Timmy needs to play all 48 minutes tonight. He has 6 months to rest after tonight game. And Pop needs to give his HoF player some serious respect.
Pop, if you going to go down, go down taking your BEST SHOT. You take your best shot with your BEST PLAYERS.

Heat + 56 James only -48 James + Wade for series.

The +/- can be misleading, but in this context it pretty much says it all. And if Timmy had been in for 30 seconds more, we'd be celebrating Championship Week already.

I'm at the point where I'd rather see Blair than Splitter. At least Blair can shoot rebound & finish at the rim. Splitter is just Bonner but without the threes.
