I know it's a bit too early but Spurs need to make some changes in their roster to stay competitive for next year.
Re-sign Splitter. Let Manu retire.
Not sure if they are able to keep Neal at a reasonable price.

Too early for that but I'd only re-sign Tiago to a Green like contract. If he wants more, GTFO

There is no way Spurs are able to re-sign him at a Green like contract. 6-11 mobile centers are paid around 8 figures salaries.

You can't pay a guy 8-9mill to sit on the bench during the Finals.

Bring here Pekovic. Get rid of Splitter, Manu if not for vet min, Blair, Bonner. Try to chase Al-Aminu.

The heat made a smart move that they downsized and let LBJ play 4. Otherwise, Tiago would have been very useful for this series.

freakin matt bonner shows more heart than splitter does. let him walk, he's going to get overpaid anyway.

Neal gone, Blair gone. Resign Manu at a fair price. Take it from there, work the FA market

And if Chicago or Indiana make it out of the East next year? Or we have to play the Grizzlies or Lakers again?

Work Kawhi's butt off and give him the keys to the franchise.

Exactly. Tiago can be useful against traditional bigs.
