Pop decides who plays and who he benches. Manu was struggling, but he didnt bench him. He benched the games best player and best rebounder, Tim Duncan instead. It was coaching. But nice try. How's the paralegal work coming along?

Christ, I've never seen someone so delighted that his team failed.

Anyone who waits long enough can play the "I knew they'd lose eventually" card. The team lasts two rounds longer than virtually anyone expected and was still in things in the final minute of game 7, but sure enough, they lost eventually. Hell, if they'd won, you could just wait until the next year to say it. Even if a team threepeats, they'll eventually lose, you just have to bide your time, right?
