The National Weather Service Has Issued A Flash Flood Watch For The
Following Counties...burnet...llano...williamson...travis... lee...
Gillespie...blanco...bastrop...hays...kerr...fayet te...kendall...
Caldwell...comal...bandera...guadalupe...gonzales. ..bexar...medina...
Lavaca...wilson...dewitt...atascosa...karnes And Frio. The Watch Is
In Effect Until 700 Pm Cdt Saturday Evening.

The Flash Flood Watch Is Along And East Of Dilley To D'hanis To
Mountain Home Line. The Watch Includes The Austin And San Antonio
Metropolitan Areas.

An Upper Level Low Will Persist Over South Central Texas Today. This
Will Interact With A Moist And Unstable Airmass To Produce Areas Of
Heavy Rainfall Across Eastern And Central Portions Of South Central
Texas.

Rainfall Totals Will Average From 1 To 3 Inches With Isolated Totals
Near 5 Inches Possible.

A Flash Flood Watch Means Flash Flooding Is Possible In Or Near The
Watch Area. If You Are In The Watch Area...plan Now
For What You Will Do If Flash Flooding Develops. Stay Informed And Be
Ready To Act If You See Flooding Or If A Flash Flood Warning Is
Issued.

People In The Watch Area Should Continue To Be Aware Of The
Possibility For Heavy Rainfall. Avoid Low Lying Areas...and Areas
Prone To Flooding.
